Details citaat: The Sentinel Online Tekst: Patricia Evelyn Borkhuis Patricia Evelyn Borkhuis, 67, of Elliottsburg, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Jan. 11, 2009, at The Manor at Perry Village. She spent the first 40 years of her life in Bergen County, N.J., before moving to Landisburg, and served as bank teller throughout her working years. She is survived by her daughter, Wendy (husband Ben) Ronco; granddaughter, Avery, and another granddaughter due in early May, in Duvall, Wash.; a brother, George T. (wife, Joan) Koestner of Camp Hill. She is remembered for her vibrant spirit, sense of humor and love of animals. She touched many lives. A small private memorial will be held to celebrate her life. Her daughter would like to express endless gratitude to the staff at The Manor at Perry Village, for their love, compassion and dutiful care during her stay. Also, very special thanks to our vigilant friends and family for their love and support during a very difficult time. Arrangements were handled by the Nickel Funeral Home, 3626 Shermans Valley Road, Loysville. |
